Drivers for Packard Bell EasyNote are quite hard to find. Last time, I remember wasting almost an hour searching for proper drivers on a EasyNote model.
Packard Bell has a strange way of marking their serial numbers and model names on notebooks like EasyNote.
On all other brands, out there, the serial number of the laptop/notebook is printed on a label on its back.
On this specific notebook, I was unable to find a matching model number, all I found was:
- a model number on power supply sticker: ALP Ajax-GDC
- and another one on battery compartment: AD101 IN0035
If you have the same serial/model numbers on the back of your laptop, you should try these drivers: Packard Bell EasyNote MX45 series.
Based on Laptop’s specifications, a list of drivers already detected by Windows and some additional vendor IDs I was able to identify the exact model, which was a Packard Bell EasyNote MX45.
After about an hour, the notebook operates correctly and there are no “yellow question marks” in Device Manager!
